 Serotonin to the Soul
A personalised programme delivered across 4 appointments to move you towards more peace, happiness and optimism.
Struggling with feelings of  despondency, depression, anxiety and want things to change but don't know how?
Is this struggle costing you enjoyment of life and full engagement in the experiences it has to offer? 

Anxiety and depression/low mood  are normal  emotional responses and experiences in life, however when anxiety and depression are at the forefront of life experiences and affect our ability to engage and enjoy ourselves  there comes a time when we decide to make some changes to enable us to get back to enjoying what life has to offer us.
You can change. You can have more moments of peace and balance, energy, optimism and happiness and experience all the emotions that life has to offer In a balanced way, and I am here to support you on that journey.

Drawing on my wide range of skills (Nursing, Naturopathy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Body Work) utilising research and   valuable tools and techniques that I have learned and used to manage anxiety and depression within my own life, I am passionate and well equipped to support individuals towards more balanced mental well being. 

Through extensive questioning and discussion we will ascertain which life areas  need to be addressed and nourished and brought back to balance to support good mental health. This is very much an individualized process
We will take a deep dive into:
-Physical health diet, movement, neurobiology and the nervous system.

-Emotional health ,  triggers, perceptions of and management of stress, self confidence, management of the range of life emotions and experiences.
-Community and fellowship, support networks, relationships, interests and social interaction and asking the question are you getting what you as an individual require to feel seen and safe in the world.
Within each personalised programme we will focus the areas that require nourishment, direction and support.

Some of the treatment suggestions may include (but not limited to) :
-Dietary, nutrient and herbal remedy advice, (ensuring you are obtaining the correct amount of vitamins and minerals and amino acids for optimal neurobiology to support nervous system balance).

-Movement prescription, tools and techniques to manage and modulate your response to stress.,
-Hypnotherapy to work through and change limiting behaviors or emotional default settings that do not serve you.
-Relaxation techniques to remind the body and mind what it feels like to be relaxed and at peace. 
I also offer lab testing to those who will benefit in ascertaining their neurotransmitter levels to support herbal prescriptions.


We're not the Dalai Lama! We live in a real and full on world with our own special set of circumstances, gifts and challenges. I don't think it's possible for most of us to be happy all of the time but I know from my own experiences we can be happy a lot of the time while making space and being well equipped to manage some of the more challenging thoughts feeling and emotions that we are faced with in life.
